US president's Middle East envoy Steve Witkoff (C) speaks as US businessman Jared Kushner (L) and his wife Ivanka Trump look on, during a gathering at "Hostages' Square" in Tel Aviv, to celebrate the agreement signed between Israel and Hamas for a hostage–prisoner exchange deal based on a 20-point plan proposed by US President Donald Trump, on October 11, 2025. Trump is due in the Middle East to celebrate the promised release of Israeli hostages, still held in the Gaza Stip two years since Hamas's October 7 cross-border attack.
