US and Ukrainian envoys issued a joint statement on Sunday describing three days of meetings on ending Russia’s war in Ukraine as “productive and constructive,” without reporting any breakthrough.
“The Ukrainian delegation held a series of productive and constructive meetings with American and European partners,” said the statement shared by Rustem Umerov, of Ukraine, and Steve Witkoff, representing the United States.
