Iran’s Islamic Revolutionary Guard Corps (IRGC) and the Iranian Army announced on Saturday that they had carried out a series of strikes against U.S. military facilities in Jordan, Kuwait and Bahrain, releasing separate statements outlining the targets and the claimed outcomes of the operations amid escalating regional tensions.

IRGC Claims Strike on Azraq Air Base in Jordan

The IRGC said it launched a coordinated missile and drone attack against the U.S. military installation at Azraq Air Base in Jordan.

According to the statement, the operation destroyed five U.S. aircraft—two fighter jets and three additional aircraft—and caused significant damage to other military assets and facilities at the base. The claims have not been independently verified.

Military Sites in Kuwait and Bahrain Also Targeted

In a separate statement, the IRGC said it struck several U.S. military sites in Kuwait and Bahrain.

It claimed the operation targeted a U.S. Navy fuel support facility at Kuwait’s Al Ahmadi Port, as well as aircraft infrastructure at Sheikh Isa Air Base in Bahrain. The statement also said an American military intelligence data center in Bahrain was destroyed. These claims remain unverified.

Iranian Army Announces Additional Drone Operations

The Iranian Army separately announced that it had conducted drone strikes on the Adairi military camp and Ali Al Salem Air Base in Kuwait.

It also claimed to have targeted command buildings, ammunition depots, fuel storage facilities used by U.S. forces at Jordan’s Azraq Air Base, and other military positions in Jordan and Kuwait as part of the operation. These claims have not been independently confirmed.

Series of Statements Reflect Continued Regional Escalation

The announcements highlight Iran’s latest claims of military operations against U.S. facilities across multiple countries in the region, as tensions continue to rise.

No immediate confirmation of the reported strikes or their claimed impact was available from U.S., Jordanian, Kuwaiti or Bahraini authorities at the time of publication.

Conclusion

Iran’s IRGC and the Iranian Army have announced coordinated operations targeting U.S. military facilities in Jordan, Kuwait and Bahrain, describing a series of missile and drone strikes against multiple installations. The reported outcomes are based on Iranian official statements and had not been independently verified at the time of publication.
