Russian President Vladimir Putin said his troops in Ukraine have been advancing across the front line, hailing the Russian army’s recent territorial gains.
“Our troops are advancing along the entire line of contact… the enemy is retreating in all directions,” Putin said during his annual press conference in Moscow.
