The Iraqi Meteorological Authority has announced that unstable weather conditions are expected across the country in the upcoming days, bringing thunderstorms and varied temperatures to several regions.
According to a statement released on Tuesday, the weather on Wednesday is forecast to be mostly clear with some clouds. Temperatures are expected to rise slightly in the northern and southern regions, while remaining stable in central Iraq.
On Thursday, the forecast indicates partly cloudy skies in the northern and southern areas. The central region’s western parts may experience cloudy conditions accompanied by rainfall. Temperatures are expected to hold steady across the country.
The weather on Friday is predicted to be cloudy with scattered rain showers, potentially accompanied by thunderstorms in multiple areas. Northern regions can expect snowfall and a slight drop in temperature. Visibility may be reduced during periods of rain.
By Saturday, conditions are expected to be partly cloudy to cloudy, with a likelihood of rain in the central and southern regions during the afternoon. Temperatures will remain stable in these areas, while a slight increase is anticipated in the north.
