EU leaders struck an overnight deal Friday to provide 90 billion euros in support to Ukraine over the next two years, the president of the European Council announced.

“We have a deal,” Antonio Costa posted on X. “Decision to provide 90 billion euros of support to Ukraine for 2026-27 approved.”
