Iran state media say nuclear talks with European powers begin

A delegation arrives to the Iranian Consulate, where Iranian diplomats are expected to meet counterparts from Germany, Britain and France for renewed nuclear talks, amid warnings that the three European powers could trigger "snapback" sanctions outlined under the 2015 deal, in Istanbul, Turkey, on July 25, 2025. The meeting will be the first since Israel's mid-June attack on Iran, which sparked a 12-day war and targeted key nuclear and military sites. (Photo by Yasin AKGUL / AFP)
