Ukrainian top negotiator Rustem Umerov said he will meet with US counterparts on Sunday, as a third day of talks to end the war was about to begin in Miami.
“Third day of work in the United States. Today, together with Lieutenant General Andriy Gnatov, we will have another meeting with the American side,” Umerov wrote on social media.
