The Iraqi Meteorological Organization announced on Friday the weather outlook for the coming days, noting a possibility of light rain starting next Monday, particularly in central regions.
According to the statement, Saturday’s weather will be generally clear with some clouds, and temperatures are expected to remain stable compared to previous days.
Maximum temperatures on Saturday will range between 15°C and 21°C: Sulaymaniyah and Dohuk at 15°C; Anbar, Nineveh, Diwaniyah, and Al-Muthanna at 17°C; Erbil and Najaf at 18°C; Kirkuk, Salahuddin, Babil, Karbala, Dhi Qar, and Basra at 19°C; Baghdad, Wasit, and Maysan at 20°C; and the highest in Diyala at 21°C.
The organization added that Sunday will be partly cloudy with similar temperatures across the country.
On Monday, the weather will be partly cloudy with a chance of light rain in central areas, while Tuesday is expected to be partly cloudy with temperatures remaining largely unchanged.
