Baghdad – citing the Iraqi News Agency, INA

The Ministry of Higher Education and Scientific Research announced on Tuesday that Minister Naim Al-Aboudi has approved the launch of applications for evening study programs for the 2025–2026 academic year, starting Wednesday, October 1, 2025.

According to a statement reported by the Iraqi News Agency (INA), students will apply directly through public universities in line with the regulations and conditions outlined in the admission guide.

The instructions include:

Direct application to universities by students.

Adherence to the admission ratios specified in the guide.

Granting applicants a half-grade rounding in their favor when calculating admission averages.

The ministry emphasized that this decision aims to provide broader opportunities for students wishing to continue their education through evening study programs.
