Israeli army says soldier killed in Gaza during ceasefire

The Israeli army said Wednesday that one of its soldiers was killed in Gaza during a ceasefire agreement with Hamas.

Yona Efraim Feldbaum, 37, “fell during combat in the southern Gaza Strip” on Tuesday, the army said in a statement, after it carried out air strikes on the Palestinian territory accusing Hamas of violating the truce.
