US President Donald Trump’s envoy Keith Kellogg attended Ukraine’s independence celebrations Sunday in the capital Kyiv, an AFP journalist said.

Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelensky confirmed Kellogg was in Ukraine, which is keenly courting Trump’s support as it seeks to make Russia end its three-and-a-half-year invasion.
