IHEC spokesperson Jumana Al-Ghalay told the Iraqi News Agency (INA) that the commission had prepared responses for 406 appeals, which were sent as the first batch to the Judicial Authority for Elections. She added that 36 of these appeals were rejected.<\/p>\n
Al-Ghalay clarified that the commission has completed responses for another 122 appeals, which will be forwarded to the Judicial Authority for review and adjudication.
